Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS required
• RN license in state of employment or compact

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, evaluate) for assigned patients.
• Administer meds and treatments per protocol; monitor for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications and care given.
• Educate patients, family members and/or caregivers; identify issues and resources
