Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred at time of hire.
• Nurses hired after April 30, 2014 without a BSN must obtain BSN within three years of hire.
• Current RN license in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient health alterations and assess response to health problems.
• Implement nursing interventions based on nursing theory and other sciences.
• Coordinate care with the health care team and supervise/delegate to LPNs and UAPs.
• Ensure quality patient care aligned with organizational mission and nursing vision.
