Job summary

Hartford HealthCare's Manchester Memorial Hospital is hiring an RN for direct and indirect patient-centered care at the Greater Manchester Region. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, communicate changes in patient condition promptly, and apply nursing process across life spans. Must maintain CT licensure and pursue ACLS/BCLS certifications as required.

Reports to Clinical Nurse Manager. Location at 71 Haynes Street; strong communication and computer skills are essential;

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current licensure in the State of Connecticut.
• ACLS and BCLS certification required by hire or within orientation period.
• Emergency and/or Critical Care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide direct and indirect patient-centered care.
• Coordinates patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicates patient condition promptly and accurately to the care team.
• Promotes professional nursing practice through collegial support and interactions.
