Job summary

Albert Einstein Medical Center, part of Jefferson Health, seeks an experienced RN for a hospital-based position in Pennsylvania. The role centers on patient- and family-centered care, implementing care plans tailored to diverse patients and their families.

The nurse collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, uses health IT for safe care, and participates in safety and quality initiatives to improve outcomes. A current PA/NJ RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Specialized Diploma graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and cultural awareness.
• Current RN license in PA or NJ; Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with patients and families to develop care plans within cultural preferences.
• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education.
• Uses health IT to communicate, monitor outcomes, and support safe care.
• Works in interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate, coordinated care.
• Participates in safety and quality improvement committees and accepts feedback.
