Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred).
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact) with required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and others as specified.
• Minimum of 2 years of current practice experience in the relevant area, with proficiency in computer systems, including Epic and 3M (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partners with patients and their significant others through effective communication and shared decision-making.

• Acts as a preceptor or mentor to promote workforce development and professional growth.
