Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must obtain ACLS within 6 months of date of hire.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
• American Heart Association CPR for Healthcare Providers.

• Demonstrates clinical nursing knowledge and skill within the unit. Applies nursing process to care for diverse patients and families.
• Maintains teaching plans addressing patient/family learning needs and readiness.
• Participates in quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management activities.
• Delegates and monitors patient care activities; documents using real-time computer systems.
