Job summary

Vail Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate nursing care for patients and families on the PCU or Med-Surg units. You will collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes in a state-of-the-art setting with mountain views.

The role requires Colorado RN licensure (or compact state), BLS certification, and an Associate Nursing Degree for newer hires. Full-time night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays are included.

Qualifications

• PCU or Med-Surg nursing experience preferred.
• Colorado RN license or valid compact state required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Associate Nursing Degree required for positions hired after 07/01/2018.

• Provide nursing care for patients and families and ensure compassionate, individualized care.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for compassionate, patient- and family-centered care
• Experience: PCU or Med-Surg nursing experience preferred
• License(s): Registered Nurse license in Colorado or a valid compact state required
• Certification(s): Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Education: Minimum of an Associate Nursing Degree (for positions hired after 07/01/2018)
