Job summary

Garden Terrace Alzheimer‘s Center of Excellence (Aurora) seeks a qualified Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in Wyoming. The RN will deliver patient-centered nursing care, assess needs, and adjust care plans while supervising CNAs and LPNs to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing) and active RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.
• Minimum of 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
• Provide care and services to help patients attain or maintain well-being; evaluate needs and revise care plans as conditions change.
