Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing and Alabama licensure required.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must pass medication test.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care following clinical practice guidelines and nursing standards.
• Complete documentation and charges accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians within the case management model to ensure throughput.
• Demonstrate teamwork and promote exceptional patient and guest experiences.
• Uphold patient safety and quality throughout care.
