Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to work within our care teams at one of our New Jersey facilities. You will collaborate with physicians and nurses to monitor patients, administer medications, document vital signs, and adjust care plans as needed to support optimal outcomes.

The role requires ongoing patient assessment, strong record-keeping, and adherence to nursing standards of practice in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
