Job summary

Tenet Healthcare in Worcester, MA is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct clinical patient care on a per-shift basis. You will supervise staff and ensure high quality, safe nursing care in line with hospital standards.

You will discharge responsibility for coordination of patient care, adherence to infection control, risk management, and emergency protocols, while supporting leadership to optimize resources and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or accredited school.
• Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law.
• CPR certification required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care per shift.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care using the nursing process.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care.
• Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe nursing care.
• Adhere to safety, risk management, QI, and infection control standards.
• Know hospital emergency codes and respond appropriately.
