Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a registered nurse to deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, perform assessments, develop and implement plans of care, and participate in care coordination across hospital teams.

The role includes medication administration, patient teaching, and ongoing quality improvement efforts to enhance outcomes and safety for patients in a dynamic care environment.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree in nursing or diploma required; BSN preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required.
• Experience in clinical nursing and patient care planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop a care plan.
• Administer medications safely in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care across departments.
• Provide patient teaching and advocate for patient safety and quality improvement.
