Job summary

Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse to collaborate with clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care. The role involves monitoring patients, administering medications, educating patients, and maintaining accurate records across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans with the healthcare team.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
