Job summary

Health Wealth Safe in Wall, OK seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise treatments, lead assessments, and develop care plans that support patient recovery.

You will build strong relationships with patients and families, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and provide direct support for complex cases and milestones.

Qualifications include a valid RN license; CPR certification (ACLS preferred); CRRN preferred; rehab hospital experience is advantageous.
