Job summary

RPM ReSearch is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for flexible, per diem clinical home-visit assignments in Sultan, WA. The role supports decentralized and hybrid clinical trials by visiting patients at their homes and local communities.

Assignments are scheduled based on patient needs and availability, typically lasting 2–4 hours, every few weeks. Training is provided, with paid travel, onboarding, and study-specific training. This is not a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience with IV insertion, phlebotomy, and infusion procedures.
• Experience administering subcutaneous injections.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical protocols.
• Reliable transportation and local travel capability.

Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (Per Diem / PRN, part-time) — Clinical Research Home Visits

Location: Sultan, WA

Visit Frequency: Every 2 weeks

Visit Duration:approximately 4 hours

RPM ReSearch has been engaged by an innovative global clinical research organization to identify experienced Registered Nurses who are passionate about patient care and interested in supporting the future of medicine.

Our client specializes in bringing clinical trials directly to patients through decentralized and hybrid clinical trial models, helping reduce geographic, logistical, and socioeconomic barriers to research participation. By conducting study visits in patients’ homes and local communities, they are helping accelerate the development of life-changing therapies while making clinical trials more accessible to patients across the country.

We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses for flexible, per diem opportunities supporting clinical research visits in the community.

Assignments are scheduled based on patient needs and your availability. Most patient visits last approximately 2–4 hours, with visits typically occurring every few weeks. This is not a full-time position—it is designed to provide maximum scheduling flexibility while allowing you to continue your primary nursing role or other professional commitments.

In addition to competitive hourly compensation, all required training is paid, along with travel time and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience
• Strong IV insertion and phlebotomy skills
• Infusion experience
• Experience administering subcutaneous injections
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while following detailed clinical protocols
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally to patient homes

Clinical research experience is welcomed but not required. Comprehensive study-specific training is provided.
