Job summary

RPM ReSearch is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for per diem, part-time home visit work in Holstein, IA. Visits are every two weeks, lasting about 2–4 hours, with travel to patients’ homes and local communities. Training is paid, and compensation is hourly and competitive.

Responsibilities include in-home visits, administering investigational medications, IV management, phlebotomy, injections, and patient safety monitoring, with documentation and protocol adherence throughout each visit.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong IV insertion and phlebotomy skills.
• Infusion experience.

• Ability to work independently while following detailed clinical protocols.

Visit Frequency: Every 2 weeks

RPM ReSearch has been engaged by an innovative global clinical research organization to identify experienced Registered Nurses who are passionate about patient care and interested in supporting the future of medicine.

Our client specializes in bringing clinical trials directly to patients through decentralized and hybrid clinical trial models, helping reduce geographic, logistical, and socioeconomic barriers to research participation. By conducting study visits in patients' homes and local communities, they are helping accelerate the development of life-changing therapies while making clinical trials more accessible to patients across the country.

We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses for flexible, per diem opportunities supporting clinical research visits in the community.

About the Opportunity

Assignments are scheduled based on patient needs and your availability. Most patient visits last approximately 2-4 hours, with visits typically occurring every few weeks. In addition to competitive hourly compensation, all required training is paid, along with travel time and mileage reimbursement.
