Job summary

Atlas Post Acute is hiring registered nurses to provide high-quality care in our skilled nursing unit in Colorado. You will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to support residents.

Current, unencumbered RN license in Colorado is required. Part-time and PRN shifts available (6am-6pm, 6pm-6am). We offer competitive pay, benefits, 401k, PTO, and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO

Rate Range - $38-$46/hour
