Job summary

Atlas Post Acute is hiring Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive nursing care in a skilled nursing unit in Colorado. Roles include patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Shifts available include full-time 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am with rotating weekends, plus part-time and PRN options. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Colorado (CO).
• Nursing skills in a skilled nursing setting including meds and treatments.
• Ability to supervise nurse assistants as needed.

Rate Range

- $38-$46/hour
