Job summary

Mary Francis Home Care in Portland, OR seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time, in-home care role. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, and provide guidance to caregivers, with training provided.

This position offers flexible daytime hours, local travel within the Portland metro area, sick time/PTO, and opportunities to take on additional hours as needed. A valid Oregon RN license is required and independence is valued.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home nursing assessments and reassessments.

• Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers.
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor changes in condition and recommend appropriate interventions.
