Shift Schedule: NOC Shift 11:00PM - 7:30AM

Nestled in San Francisco's Excelsior neighborhood on a nine-acre campus, the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living (SFCJL) is a center of excellence in providing a continuum of care. This includes the Frank Residences, offering luxurious assisted living and memory care services; the Jewish Home and Rehabilitation Center, featuring long-term skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and an acute psychiatric unit specialized in mental healthcare for older adults over age 55; and the Jewish Home and Senior Living Foundation.

What you’ll do as a Registered Nurse:

Utilize your outstanding clinical skills while you are responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive, individualized resident care.

  • Initiate a plan of care based on patient issues at admission; review and update care plan based on ongoing assessments
  • Responsible for the administration of treatments and medications
  • Initiate appropriate nursing interventions such as discharge planning and resident teaching as needed
  • Act as a resource person for LVNs and CNAs
  • Assume delegated responsibilities for the day-to-day management and supervision of the unit in the absence of the head nurse. Assumes charge nurse responsibilities as assigned
