Job summary

Joint Township District Memorial Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using the Nursing Process. The role emphasizes patient-centered teaching and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Candidates should be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with Ohio RN licensure and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Outpatient experience and 1–2 years of nursing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• License to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred; outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and guide patient teaching.
• Place the patient at the center of care activities.
• Assume a lead role in patient teaching.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
