DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. DaVita has multiple outpatient clinics and we will hire based on the best location for you:

1. 3-4 days a week
2. 5-6 am approximate start times
3. Paid Training
4. No Sundays, No On Call!

Available locations include:

• Chinle Dialysis Center - Chinle, AZ
• Hopi Dialysis Center - Polacca, AZ
• Kayenta Dialysis Center - Kayenta, AZ

Position details:

• No Dialysis experience required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Potential to float to various clinics during and after training.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you can expect:

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and their families in an outpatient setting.
• Supportive team environment with interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring diverse nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs, conduct observations, measure stats, and set up machines.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N preferred; diploma from accredited program may be substituted.
• Helpful but not required: ICU, CCU, ER, Med Surg experience, or certifications like CNN or CDN.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements or qualified exemption.
