Job summary

Wood County Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PACU on a per diem basis. This on-site role focuses on assessing and delivering high-quality nursing care, with emphasis on patient education and collaboration with the care team.

The position requires an Ohio RN license, a nursing diploma or ADN, and BLS/ACLS within 90 days (PALS also within 90 days). BSN preferred with two years of clinical experience and pediatric or specialty certification as an asset.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma Nurse or ADN from an accredited school of nursing.
• License: Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio by time of hire.
• Certification: BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire; PALS within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred: BSN from an accredited school of nursing; Two years of clinical experience; Specialty certification.
