***This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel may be required.***

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide medical services at the level of a Registered Nurse to maintain the health of employees and client personnel.
  2. Assess urgent or emergent health needs, analyze data, and develop a care plan with the medical team, considering employee capabilities and job requirements.
  3. Recognize and treat illnesses and injuries according to established operating instructions within licensure and state regulations.
  4. Ensure the integrity and security of all privacy laws.
  5. Respond to inquiries using knowledge of policies and procedures for safeguarding information (HIPAA, PHI, PII), maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
  6. Use research, reasoning, and follow-up skills to verify and document information, ensuring data integrity and applicability.
  7. Multi-task proactively on various assignments, providing thorough work with a sense of urgency based on program needs.
  8. Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, discretion, privacy, and confidentiality, adhering to organizational policies.
  9. Record and maintain patient information following standard protocols and the Privacy Act.
  10. Identify and document signs and symptoms of physical and mental conditions.
  11. Exercise judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills daily.
  12. Protect patient privacy through confidentiality and infection control, ensuring proper medication administration and equipment maintenance.
  13. Perform duties safely, following the corporate safety policy.
  14. Perform additional duties as assigned per contract requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing school.
  • Active and unrestricted RN State License and favorable credentialing ability.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 1 year of ICU Nurse experience.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, organized, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer and MS Office products.
  • Ability to work in a stressful, high-paced environment without physical limitations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to sudden changes and work shift variations based on operational needs.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged sitting and standing.
  • Bending, stooping, and lifting as needed for patient care and transport.
