1. Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician.
2. Apply principles, theories, and current methods of nursing practice.
3. Collaborate with patients, families, peers, and healthcare team members to individualize care using the nursing process.
4. Supervise nursing support staff in providing patient care according to standards and policies.
5. Maintain necessary education, training, or certifications relevant to the specialty area.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Required).
2. Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
3. 1 year of experience in the clinical specialty (Preferred).
4. PA Registered Nurse License (Required).
