Halifax Health in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PACU to assess, implement, and evaluate nursing care. The RN will direct and coordinate care for the team, including LPNs, CNAs, and support staff, aligned with patient needs and unit standards.
Responsibilities include admission assessment, ongoing monitoring, documentation, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and the care team to achieve positive patient outcomes and timely discharge.
Day (United States of America) Registered Nurse- PACU The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating as per the nursing process. The Registered Nurse is expected to direct, delegate, and coordinate all nursing care provided by the LPN, CNA, Patient Care Companion, and Unit Clerk consistent with their roles, responsibilities, and skill level. Assignments are performed appropriately to age and development level of the patient population being served.
