Proforma Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Post Anesthesia Care (PACU) to provide quality patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures.

Key responsibilities include continuous patient assessment, documentation, education planning, interpreting diagnostic data, communicating critical results to physicians, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Valid multi-state RN license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS CPR certification within 7 days of hire; ACLS and PALS within orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patients continuously, documenting in charts, and developing personalized education plans.
• Performing age-specific patient interventions, following medication and IV therapy policies, and monitoring for adverse reactions.
• Interpreting diagnostic data, taking appropriate action, and communicating critical lab results to physicians per protocol.
