Job summary

Rite of Passage's Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, FL seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for overnight shifts to support high‑risk youth in residential programs. You will deliver professional nursing care, monitor health conditions, and coordinate with treatment teams to ensure safety and well‑being.

Applicants must be 21+, hold a Florida RN license, and meet background, drug screening, and physical requirements; a HS diploma is required, with a bachelor's in a healthcare field preferred.

Tampa Bay Girls Academy -Multiple co-located secure residential commitment programs serving high-risk and maximum risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs use evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.
