Mercyhealth in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. You will provide compassionate nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care.
The role requires ADN with BSN preferred, at least 2 years of experience, and licensure in-state. Variable shifts, potential weekends and on-call hours, with a focus on education and professional growth within Mercyhealth.
Provides compassionate nursing care to patients in a clinical setting while supporting the Mercyhealth nursing mission and values. May include variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and/or on-call hours. May also float to different units based on staffing needs and clinical competency. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Schedule: 32 hours per week
Shift: Variable
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience required.
Licensed as an RN in state of practice
Approved CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days
Other certification(s) per unit requirements. For example: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, and NRP
May include color blind test (per department guidelines)
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Supervises nursing support staff as appropriate
