Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Surgery Center. The role supports preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care for same-day procedures in a modern, collaborative environment.

The position offers a Mon–Fri schedule (6:45 a.m.–3:15 p.m.) with occasional late standby. NH RN license or Compact State license required; BSN preferred. Competitive pay and benefits begin on Day 1.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Hampshire or another Compact State.
• BSN preferred.
• BCLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire.
• CNOR certification required within 18 months of hire or when eligibility requirements are met.
• Minimum of one year of Operating Room (OR) experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care to patients undergoing same-day surgical procedures in a fast-paced perioperative setting.
• Support the Outpatient Surgery Center with four operating rooms and an admission/recovery unit.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient patient care throughout the perioperative period.
