NEW SIGN ON BONUS - $2,000.00 which is in addition to our standard 1% of annual salary sign on bonus.*PACT is an intensive and highly integrated approach for community mental health service delivery. The multidisciplinary team shares a caseload of individuals who experience symptoms of the most serious forms of mental illness, predominantly but not exclusively the schizophrenia spectrum disorders. Many individuals also experience substance abuse, victimization and trauma, psychiatric hospitalizations, arrests and incarceration, homelessness, and additional significant challenges. The symptoms and complications of mental illnesses lead to serious functioning difficulties in several areas of life, often including work, social relationships, residential independence, money management, and physical health and wellness.
The PACT Team participates in rotating weekend and holiday shifts to provide coverage for our clients during non-business days. If a weekend day or holiday shift is worked by a PACT employee, the PACT employee will be able to take a different day off that same week.
In collaboration with a psychiatric care provider, the team nurses assist with medication management and administration, through documentation as well as monitoring clients for medical problems or side effects. Nurses will communicate and coordinate services with other medical providers, engage in health promotion, prevention, and educational activities. The nurse will educate other team members to help them monitor psychiatric symptoms and medication side effects and work with clients to develop strategies to maximize the taking of medications as prescribed.

*The following terms and conditions apply to new $2,000 Sign On Bonus:
PAY RANGE (Salary/Exempt): $82,386.88 - $100,370.85*
*All pay is based on longevity at Frontier Behavioral Health; thus, the starting pay is $82,386.88 annually.
