AdventHealth is seeking an RN in Shawnee, KS. This full-time role supports patient care from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a $32.83–$61.05 hourly pay range. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 403(b), and parental leave, starting from day one.

Requires RN licensure and BLS; parental leave is offered for eligible staff. The position emphasizes comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to promote

Qualificações

• RN licensure required and CPR/BLS current.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
• EKG competency required for patient population.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively within a team.

Job Description

• Completes timely assessments including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors, including signs of abuse or neglect.
• Makes appropriate decisions and conducts interventions based on nursing diagnoses according to patients' actual or potential health conditions or needs.
• Sets measurable and achievable short and long-range goals for patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
• Prioritizes and completes follow‑up assessments, evaluating and modifying plans of care as needed.
• Assesses and interprets diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition, including lab results, non‑invasive monitoring data, and interdisciplinary team notes.
