Job summary

The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. You will supervise patient care, perform immunotherapy and IV therapies, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality oncology care.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for certification courses and career advancement. Salary ranges from $45 to $57 USD per hour/year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the state.
• Maintain current BLS certification throughout employment.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification required within 3 months of hire.
• ACLS preferred but not required.
• ONC preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• The overall direction and supervision of all patient care during your shift.
• Ability to work independently.
• Mix immunotherapy, chemotherapy as prescribed.
• Administer IV therapy as prescribed by MD.
• Satisfy the established standards of nursing practice.
• Lead and coordinate patient care tasks to LPN and other patient care team members.
• Promote teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments.
• Perform adequate patient assessments prior to admin.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Opportunity to work in surrounding clinics.
