The position will be based in the Cancer Center in the Hope Tower at JSUMC.

HOPE Tower – Jersey Shore’s new Healing Out Patient Experience - will provide a new healing outpatient experience for the community. Guided by a patient-centered approach toward care, and informed by the latest medical breakthroughs, HOPE Tower expands upon Jersey Shore University Medical Center's comprehensive services by providing a thoughtful and accessible health care experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required
• 1 year of oncology nursing experience required
• Oncology ambulatory infusion experience preferred
• OCN preferred
• ONS chemo/bio card preferred, must obtain within 3 months of hire
• BSN preferred
• Must be willing to work 10-hour shifts
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.
