Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System is hiring an Infusion Registered Nurse for the Hospital Outpatient Infusion Center in Kansas City, MO. The role includes chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a high-volume Magnet hospital.

We provide certification support within 90 days and a comprehensive benefits package. Typical hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional weekend and holiday coverage as described.

Qualifications

• Experience in oncology or strong IV skills required.
• Strong patient education and care coordination abilities.
• Certification in chemotherapy/immunotherapy desirable.

BJC/Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City is hiring for an Infusion Registered Nurse in their Hospital Outpatient Infusion Center. This position is part of a rapidly growing program and will assist with research studies, provide patient and family education, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary innovative care team committed to improving patient outcomes. This is a high volume fast-paced Magnet designated clinic. This clinic is COC and QOPI Certified.

We will provide assistance to become Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certified within 90 days of your employment and provide vouchers for renewal.

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. This position will require 2-3 weekend shifts a year and 1 Holiday every 2 years.

May be asked to float to other locations: Overland Park, North, Lees Summit
