This position supports a Medical Weight Loss and General GI provider. It is a hybrid role (50% in-person, 50% remote) after orientation, with a mix of triage and clinic support. No weekends, no holidays, no call.

Responsibilities

The RN is responsible for providing evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role involves decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, with duties potentially including symptom management, direct patient care, telehealth, and quality improvement activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate of Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA.
• Additional certifications as required by department.
• Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction may be required.
• Understanding of legal implications of patient care.
