The registered professional clinical nurse (RN) is responsible for providing evidence-based care across the care continuum, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, participates in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and may perform duties related to symptom management, direct patient care, telehealth, and quality improvement activities. The nurse must adhere to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.

This is a full-time position in an OB/GYN office located in Fishers. RN with fetal monitoring experience is required.

Core office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.

Requirements include:

  • Associates of Nursing (ASN); BSN preferred
  • Active RN license in Indiana or NLC
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Basic Life Support certification through AHA
  • Additional certifications may be required depending on department
  • Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
  • Understanding of legal implications of patient care activities
