Under the direction of the Clinic Manager, the nurse will work as part of a team to provide nursing care focused on participant comfort and wellbeing. Responsibilities include triaging participants, administering medications, performing assessments, assisting with labs and procedures, providing wound care, and serving as a liaison among providers, participants, staff, and families. Documentation and utilization of the Nursing Process are essential. The nurse will also be part of the on-call team providing triage support via phone.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
Required: BSN degree, RN license, BLS Certification, and First Aid.
Experience: Minimum 1 year working with frail or elderly populations; 3 years of nursing management experience in a community or home-based setting preferred.
