Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions if >2 years relevant experience may be considered.
• Cardiovascular outpatient clinic experience preferred.

The RN will help ensure seamless communication, efficient patient flow, and a high-quality patient experience across the continuum of cardiovascular care. Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment are essential. This practice serves the highest acuity of Cardiovascular patients in the State of Indiana. Cardiovascular or ICU experience preferred.

Core Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
