The Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque, part of Genesis HealthCare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. We offer 8-, 12-, or 16-hour shifts, with flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. Great for nurses seeking more scheduling flexibility and a $4 weekend shift differential.

Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with families and the care team. NM RN licensure and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing (NM).
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are carried out.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Responsibilities

You will provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.
