Qualifications

• Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA.

• Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple patient functions efficiently.
• Familiarity with equipment and supplies in the designated clinical area.
• Awareness of legal implications of patient care activities.
• Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated, patient-focused care in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff across the team.
• Manage high call volumes and coordinate patient functions effectively.
• Provide remote triage and patient assessment as needed.

Join our large, dynamic Orthopedic Clinic, supporting a high‑volume practice comprised of 9 orthopedic surgeons, 7 sports medicine physicians, and 15 advanced practice providers (NPs and PAs). RNs play a key role in delivering coordinated, patient‑focused care in a fast‑paced environment, managing high call volumes while collaborating with a highly specialized, team‑oriented staff. Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

This is a full-time, day shift remote position. No Weekends! No Holidays! No call!

• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.
• Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
• Requires ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
