Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Registered Nurse Ortho Trauma to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a demanding orthopedic trauma setting. You will assess patients, perform procedures, administer medications, and educate families as part of a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has a BSN (or enrollment with completion within five years), an active RN license in the state with BLS, and 1 year of nursing experience; a Master’s in Nursing or national specialty certification is

• Master's in Nursing is preferred.
• Current RN license in the state with BLS certification.
• National specialty certification is preferred.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.

• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipate needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex information clearly.

• Experience: At least one year of nursing experience.
