Deaconess Midtown is seeking a dedicated RN for a Level II Trauma Center unit to support care for patients recovering from traumatic injuries, orthopedic procedures, neurological conditions, and life-changing accidents. This 44-bed unit emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and a Healthy Work Environment to develop clinical confidence and strong assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to trauma, orthopedic, neurological patients and post-surgical recoveries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and adjust patient care.
• Support patients through recovery milestones and promote patient safety and comfort.
