Job summary

Smilebuilderz LLC is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across assessments, treatments, and education. The role covers clinical coordination, documentation, and post-procedure follow-up in a busy setting.

Candidates must hold BLS/ACLS/PALS, an active Pennsylvania RN license, and have 3 years nursing experience, preferably in ER/ICU/PACU. This on-site position requires weekday hours with occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Active Pennsylvania RN license required.
• ER/ICU/PACU experience preferred; 3 years nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by conducting assessments, administering treatment and medications, performing diagnostic tests, and arranging follow-up.
• Record medical history and symptoms, complete documentation in the medical record.
• Coordinate patient care and provide patient education before and after procedures including aftercare instructions and prescription information.
• Provide complete patient assessment including vital signs and post-examination procedures.
• Assist providers in pre-screening, treatment, procedure, and follow-up care.
• Patient health counseling and instruction, including meeting with family members.
• Operate office medical equipment.

Every other Saturday 7:30am-4:30pm (When you work a Saturday you have off one day during the week).

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

License/Certification:

Experience

• Nursing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Prior experience in the Emergency Room (ER), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or Post‑Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) is required.
