Job summary

The Elliot 1 Day Surgery Center in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support surgical procedures and postoperative recovery, assess patients, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.

Collaborate with surgeons and care teams to ensure patient safety, provide pre- and post-operative education, and uphold high standards of care; full-time, 40 hours/week, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• NH Registered Nurse license or Compact state RN license.
• BLS qualification during orientation period; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs before, during, and after surgeries.
• Administer medications and perform wound care as necessary.
• Provide educational resources to patients about pre-surgical testing and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare providers to ensure patient safety.
