The OR RN collaborates with care team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with established clinical, regulatory, and patient safety standards.**Essential Functions*** Provide nursing care throughout the perioperative process.* Prepare and maintain a safe, sterile surgical environment.* Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure coordinated patient care.* Monitor patient status and communicate changes in condition appropriately.* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and professional standards.* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.**Minimum Qualifications*** Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.* Current BLS certification.* Perioperative or Operating Room nursing experience preferred.**Preferred Qualifications*** ACLS and/or PALS certification.* Ambulatory surgery and/or scrub experience.
