About the Role

As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse on our Night Shift team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgery, hip or knee replacement, stroke, or heart attack. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to guests on our Night Shift, including but not limited to:

  • Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting care plans as needed

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services and outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
