Avantara Redfield is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a caring team. Wage is dependent on experience, with same day pay and a robust benefits package including health, retirement, life insurance, and wellness programs.

The ideal candidate holds an unencumbered SD RN or LPN license, with prior experience preferred. You will contribute to high-quality resident care and act as a leader in the clinical team.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse, RN or Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior Registered Nurse, RN or Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Registered Nurse, RN or Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Redfield by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
