You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, while documenting teaching to patients and families, ensuring high-quality outcomes. A strong foundation in nursing practice and patient advocacy is essential, with opportunities to influence care through hospital councils and nursing

Qualificações

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON. Registered Nurse must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider.
• Experience: One year OR experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• Implements medically prescribed interventions.
