The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.****Position Highlights:*** Position: Registered Nurse* Location: Evanston, IL* Full time* Hours: 11a to 11:30p Tues/Thurs and Sat 7p to 7a with call requirements (Nights, Weekends included)**What you will do:**The Perioperative Registered nurse provides direct patient care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations during the perioperative period, using specialized knowledge and skills to achieve desired patient outcomes. The perioperative nurse functions as patient advocate. He/she assesses the surgical environment for potential patient safety concerns and intervenes appropriately while working with the surgical team to facilitate the completion of the surgical procedure. The Perioperative Registered nurse may assume responsibility for the orientation of new staff members, educational programs, and securing and maintaining supplies and equipment necessary for the delivery of care.**What you will need:*** Education: + Graduate of a state approved school of nursing required.
